1. Who “we” are
Lucid Studio Pty Ltd (“Lucid,” “we,” “us”) is a company registered in Queensland, Australia. We provide the services at lucidstudio.ai and app.lucidstudio.ai.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for everything your account does. Don’t share credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, email hello@lucidstudio.ai immediately and we’ll help you rotate keys.
3. Credits and payments
Credits are a prepaid unit of build cost. They don’t expire. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t store your card details. GST is added for Australian customers and VAT where required for UK/EU customers. Refunds on unused credits are available within 14 days of purchase.
4. Your content and ownership
Anything you generate with Lucid is yours — the code, the images, the BuildSpec. We take a non-exclusive licence to process and store it so we can provide the service, and that’s it. We don’t train models on your projects. We don’t syndicate your content. We don’t publicly list your projects unless you explicitly opt in via the showcase programme.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use Lucid to build illegal services, spam, phishing sites, or anything that violates Nano Banana Pro or Anthropic’s AUPs. We reserve the right to refuse specific build requests that trip those policies; no refund is owed for refused builds.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% availability on generation and published-site hosting. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours ahead. We don’t promise the generation pipeline will work for every prompt; some prompts refuse gracefully.
7. Liability
Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that can’t be limited under Australian law.
8. Changes
If we materially change these terms, we’ll email you at least 30 days ahead. If you don’t agree to the change, you can cancel and get a prorated refund on unused time.
